WalshSeniorSolutions.com is looking to bring on 2 new team members. We are a Move Management company that services the Princeton, Monroe, and West Orange parts of New Jersey as well as Bucks County, PA. We provide packing, moving, unpacking, home staging, sorting, decluttering, estate clean outs, selling, donating and junk removal services. Our services cater to families who want to stay in their current home, or who are moving to a smaller home or senior living community. The experience of moving and decluttering can be a very trying, emotional and stressful time with our clients and, as such, we try to provide our services with great compassion and empathy. There's growing demand for our services as we have helped 500+ families in 3.5 years since launching. The ideal candidate is: - Friendly, positive, and polite. Enjoys being a part of a team in a service business. - Proactive, energetic and hustles. Enjoys creating efficiency and order out of chaos. - Dependable, on-time, and responsive on email, text and phone. - Able to keep up with the physical demands of the job that can involve walking up to 8,000 to 15,000 steps a day. - Able to speak fluent English, can legally work in the United States, and doesn't have any tattoos that are visible when wearing a long sleeve t-shirt. - Able to pass a routine background check. - Available to work from 8:30AM-5PM, Monday through Friday While it is not required, if you do have previous moving experience, know how to carefully move heavy pieces of furniture, and/or drive a 17-foot commercial box truck, that is a bonus. We are hiring immediately and pay $21/hour/person. You will be paid by business check at the end of each day of work. You will be a 1099-MISC Independent Contractor. No health insurance or worker's compensation is provided at the present time, but I am in the process of working to provide that. You will be provided with company shirts to wear, and should bring work boots/sneakers, gloves and a mask. There are opportunities to grow with the company and take on more senior leadership roles as a project lead. In lieu of an interview, we prefer you come work with us for a paid "test run" with a real client where we will be able to see how you work and how you get along with the client, how you interact with me (the owner), and the other team members.
