Looking for a skilled handyman, carpenter or contractor to help with rehabbing houses I purchase to flip. Pay will be per hour or job; not looking for someone to come in and rehab a whole house with their own crew. Work will be in San Antonio and must have your own working vehicle along with basic tools.
Reliability and trust is a must and am looking to build a good working relationship with someone. Want someone who does what they say they will, who follows directions well, and who is responsive. MUST be skilled, meticulous with your work, and able to measure. I will ask for pictures of work you've done previously.
No ex cons / felons.
