Help me swap out 2 refrigerators

I need 2 guys and a truck for 2ish hours. The gig is moving our Refrigerator from Roslindale to our new house in Newton and then it's moving the Newton refrigerator to the house in Roslindale. Both houses have stairs to get in and out. I'd like to do this project on Thursday or Friday or this week. Anytime between 8am - 8pm works for me.
