I operate a hostel in LIC and am seeking handy people for one off ad hoc work. If you're the right person, this could turn into something more serious, as we constantly need things repaired.
Current projects:
- re-attaching rubber baseboards to a wall
- replacing bamboo floor boards
- minor A/C repair (clearing pump lines)
- installing TP holders (drilling into tiles)
- spackling/painting with or without drywall repair
The hours can be flexible but work is best done from 11am - 5pm when guests are most likely out of rooms.
Let me know which of any of these things you'd be capable of, your hourly rate, and what makes you the right person for the job.
