Real Estate property management company in Fenway/Symphony searching for a full time, qualified, hands on, maintenance technician with at lease 3 years experience in residential apartment management. This position requires knowledge in the following areas: *Simple electrical repair - change outlets and light fixtures *Light plumbing including installation of: toilets, sinks, garbage disposal. *Drywall repair *Painting skills *Snow removal *Basic carpentry - install vanity, cabinets, replace baseboards * On-Call rotation for after hours/weekend emergencies *Most properties are walking distance. Must be able to read and speak English Valid Drivers License required and vehicle Be able to handle emergency/after hour calls Must have 3 years experience Job offers are contingent upon satisfactory background check
