Full time Maintenance position available Must be able to make a long term commitment Maintenance Level 1 - Cleaning, sterilize mop, sweep, buff, maintain building = $15/hr Maintenance Level 2 - Should know painting, Spackle, light plumbing (change faucets), light electrical experience, change fixtures or switches = 16/hr Superintendent - Should have Super experience. (S12, 13 and other licenses are required) = $58,500/yr Both open jobs are M-F 9-5 Drug tests and background checks will be done before job can start.
