Brooklyn Pawnshop Hiring!! Pawnbrokers Jewelry sales associates What we are looking for, We are looking for professional minded, honest, outgoing and motivated individuals. If you are a people person, and enjoy helping others this job might be for you. Daily duties and responsibilities - Being responsible for all cash/debit, jewelry and other items of value. - Thoroughly know and understand company policies and procedures. - Must clearly communicate to customers our pawn, buy and selling policies. - Provide excellent customer service and support to customers during each transaction. - We expect respect, honesty and respectable communication from everyone. - Keep work area clean and organized - Answering phone calls in a clear respectful manner. - Being a team player, works well with others (Helping co-workers when needed) - Show the ability to handle difficult attitudes and situations without losing your cool. - Emailing, Typing, Researching, Reading, Basic Math, Faxing, Photo Copying, Organizing, Mailings. Bilingual is a Plus. Pawn experience, a plus, but not required however, a positive winning attitude, and a strong desire to provide excellent service is. Jewelry Sales Associate must have experience.
