Adorable Teddy Bear pup rehoming fee

Rehoming 4 month old Teddy Bear puppy. I bought this puppy for my mom but she can't handle the responsibility. I can't have dogs where I live or I would keep her. I purchased her from a pet shop. I have all of her paperwork. She is microchipped. Her name is Luna and she has all of her immunizations. I had posted before but full disclosure Luna had parasites and I would never give anyone a sick dog. Luna was treated and is fully recovered and healthy. Luna is wee wee pad trained. There is a rehoming fee of $2,000 neg. that is what I paid for her but I have spent so much more. Luna will come with her crate(she is wonderfully crate trained) she has a playpen as well, this is where we place her wee wee pad. I am planning on getting her groomed for the first time. Luna is friendly with people and animals. I need a loving home for Luna. No breeders please. For my safety as well as buyer I will be asking that we meet in front of my local police precinct. So no funny business. Please ask questions. I've been having her for a little over 1 month and I have grown attached. My mother needs her out so here I am. Sorry to those that responded previously. Like I said I wanted to make sure she was healthy.
