Job description Our company is seeking a Painter for our condominium in Miami Beach. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities: --Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager --Complete daily work orders as scheduled --Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use --Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary --Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing --Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties --Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart.
