Join us for the 5th annual 9/11 Stair Climb at the University of Florida to support First Responders and the Collegiate Veterans Society! The Collegiate Veterans Society (CVS) is hosting its fifth annual 9/11 memorial stair climb in partnership with the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) and the Office of the Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Florida. A portion of the donations will go to first responders of Gainesville, Florida. The first 50 donations of $25 or more will receive a T-shirt and commemorative coin. A limited supply of shirts will be available day of event for $30. Only pre-ordered sizes are guaranteed! The stair climb will be held at the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium* Check in and shirt pick-up will be from 8:00am to 8:30am at the southside of the stadium at gate 18. The stair climb will begin at 8:30am with a welcome presentation and a moment of silence. The climb is 110 flights of stairs at 10 steps a flight.Take breaks and drink plenty of water.Do not feel pressured to complete it if you can not.Feel free to break it up over multiple sessions, or even days.
