The Pursuit Fellowship is one year of intensive software development training that prepares students (Fellows) to get their first full-time engineering role. This is followed by three more years of mentorship, professional development, and networking to help Fellows thrive in their new careers. No coding or software engineering background is required. Pursuit Fellows learn full-stack web development and cultivate a range of skills that enable them to land their first tech job and go from earning an average yearly income of $18,000 to $85,000. We work directly with companies to pre-commit to hiring our graduates!
