ISO Beginner Japanese lessons

Seeking in-person Japanese lessons in Oshkosh for a total beginner, I would like to eventually become fluent enough with understanding and speaking in order to watch anime without subtitles. Not interested in learning hiragana, katakana, or kanji until after I am able to watch anime without subtitles I have been teaching myself some of the basics through an app that has worked so far but would like to learn from a fluent Japanese speaker, I am willing to pay a fair price per hour or session, which we can negotiate beforehand. I would want 1 lesson a week, meeting at your or a public location for probably 2 hours to teach and review what I have learned. My availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon to 6 pm, Thanks for your time 🙂
