Description
Learn more about the GW Urban Health Program from a panel of program experts.
The GW Urban Health Program is a service-learning initiative open to all GW residential public health students. We create powerful learning experiences for GW public health students to mitigate DC Metro’s community-identified public health challenges to promote healthy outcomes in the shared community. This is a great opportunity to translate what you learn in the classroom to and gain essential skills and knowledge as a public health practitioner.
On September 7, we will be hosting a panel discussion including alumni, community partners, team leads, and past team coaches to talk more about what future participants can expect to gain from UHP.
Light Grab'n'Go refreshments will also be provided.
If you cannot join in person, please reach out to [email protected] and a zoom link can be provided.
