FOR THE GIRLS & THE GAYS (AND ANYONE WHO IDENTIFIES) who want to learn how to properly weight lift! In this clinic, you will learn how the proper form of 3 basic compound weight training movements: The squat, the deadlift, and lunges. We will also cover proper technique and variations for hip thrusters and for other "booty-building" exercises. This is an all female-identifying event to make it a safe space for womxn to feel comfortable to learn and make mistakes. After the event is over, you are welcome and encouraged to explore the guest vendors in the lobby of the gym - all women-owned brands & businesses! If you have any in mind, please reach out! Bring your girl-gang and let's lift!
