Located in Madras, Or. This is Sarge. He is an 11 week old german shepherd. He is looking for new loving forever home. We’ve had him for just over 2 weeks. In that time we have tried every trick we could find to get him to quit eating gravel without success. After speaking to my vet and learning just how dangerous this behavior is we have decided it is in his best interest to find him a new home where he doesn’t have access to any gravel since over 1/2 of or lot is gravel it is unavoidable. The good: He is a super sweet, affectionate and incredibly smart! He is already potty trained, crate trained and knows quite a few commands including sit, shake, up, lay down, & roll over. He is good with kids and other dogs. He is UTD on all of his shots and has recently had a check up and has a clean bill of health. We are asking a small rehoming fee to ensure that he goes to a safe, loving forever home. He will come with his bed, crate and a big bag of puppy food along with a few toys and some other things we’ve got for him. The not so good: He is non-registered, not yet fixed and he likes to eat gravel so we cannot allow him to go to a home where he has access to it. If you have any questions feel free to call me at
