Established National Facilities Maintenance Company is looking for an experienced, hard- working & dependable General Maintenance Worker/Building Engineer. This position is a long-term fulltime employment opportunity for qualified applicants. Requirements include a great attitude!, a minimum of 2-4 years of general maintenance experience, some ability to read schematics AND the ability and desire to learn and grow in this industry. Potential duties involve the repair, maintenance & replacement of various HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other building equipment; entering work orders into a computer system; completing various training classes. ALL applicants are required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test for security clearance. Candidates must possess a valid Alaska driver's license with a clean driving history along with appropriate industry licenses & certifications.
