We are Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, specializing in skilled nursing and long-term care services. We treat each of our residents with individualized compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for a mechanically inclined leader to join our team as the Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Director performs and/or coordinates all repairs and physical maintenance for the community. Ensures preventive maintenance is scheduled and performed on all equipment as needed. Ensure that fire alarm, fire suppression and other emergency equipment are maintained and tested per the guidelines of the National Fire Protection Agency and other applicable local and state codes. Position requirements: • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English • Meets all mandatory health requirements by State regulations • 3 to 5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in electrical repairs, plumbing, and/or carpentry • Working knowledge of all necessary local, state and federal safety regulations related to building maintenance and codes • Requisite computer skills to complete analytical reports and develop planning charts • Basic tools in working condition • Experience working with vendors/outside contractors to obtain and compare bids and qualifications • Ability to work independently • Ability to obtain a Level One HVAC certification Don't delay, apply today at
