So here are the details: Recently the government poured $3.2 billion into the Lifeline Free Phone campaign, and as a result there have been huge changes as follows: * FREE CELL PHONE WITH SERVICE !!! *Customers can get a Tablet Computer with UNLIMITED data....for less than $20!!(tablet price) * So that means each customer can get both a FREE phone with unlimited talk, text and DATA, plus a tablet. * Or have just the Free phone These amazing changes came about because of the CARES Act (this is the March 2019 COVID Act). This bill put an additional $3.2 billion into the Lifeline business! The following documents and proof are required : ✓ Customers must be on a government assistance program and must show proof. ✓ Customers must currently participate in a public assistance program (link SNAP or Medicaid) or must meet income eligibility guidelines. ✓ Customers must show proof of identification.
