Well-being practices are sometimes lost in the shuffle of busy professional & personal lives, leaving little time to incorporate self-care. We think we can help! Learn why investing time and energy into self care practices can help you with renewed focus & productivity. We will explore how knowing your personal love language (Gary Chapman) ties into self-care options that can be meaningful for you. Don't know your love language? We will provide a short quiz for you, and with the results, help you become more intentional with integrating self care activities into your daily life. After a 40-year career as a teacher and principal (and a 100 lb. weight release), Karen became a certified Wellness, Health and Life Coach.  She is committed to helping you discover well-being through positive habit changes.
