Location: Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 Apple St, Greenfield, IN 46140 NEW date and location! Back in its third year, the wildly popular Boots & Bourbon ~ Bourbon, Spirits and Wine Tasting is the place to be, now on Oct. 23, 2021. Attend and raise money at this exclusive event of Meals on Wheels of Hancock County! Bourbon and diverse spirits available to sample from large to small regional distilleries. Also, WINE TASTINGS! This event features more than 120 different types of spirits for guests to enjoy. Included in the general admission price are savory appetizers; bourbon, spirits and wine samples; live music; live and silent auctions; boot pull; and much more. Also back by popular demand – VIP HOUR!  VIP tickets are available on a LIMITED QUANTITY! Receive exclusive entry into the event an hour prior to general admission, featuring limited batch, high-end bourbon and specialty wine tastings, hors d’oeuvres/bourbon and wine pairings, Bourbon and Wine 101 mini-class taught by industry professionals, and other exciting VIP-ONLY surprises! Boots & Bourbon is an exclusive event of Meals on Wheels of Hancock County, a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to help the citizens of Hancock County, Indiana, maintain an independent lifestyle through the delivery of nutritious meals in accordance with prescribed dietary needs and provide a point of personal contact with the community This event helps MOWHC continue to deliver freshly prepared daily and weekend meals, and provide much-needed subsidies for those in need. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a sale is complete, unless cancelled for COVID precautions. Event dates, times, artists and venues subject to change. Please note this event was previously scheduled in 2020, and was rescheduled per social distancing and stay-at-home directives from the State of Indiana. Exclusive events of Meals on Wheels of Hancock County help fund the organization's operational and program costs, and provide much-needed subsidies for homebound seniors and neighbors with disabilities. This year, MOWHC will deliver more than 37,000 meals throughout Hancock County. Support and sponsorship of events help continue a vital community program allowing volunteers to deliver extra meals on Fridays to homebound individuals who do not have access to food on weekends.
