Envision Community Services is hosting their 6th annual West Lawn Back to School Event. Envision Community Services is a non profit organization in the West Lawn area. We believe that you can come to us with a past and leave with a future. Our mission is to improve the quality of life by empowering community members to become self-sufficient through workforce development, education initiatives, wellness and leadership expansion services. Our vision is to create a safe environment where participants become empowered and positively engaged through a holistic service approach while incorporating partnerships to attain the ultimate goals of leadership, education, and employment. Envision Community Services aspires to instill hope, empower lives, and contribute time, resources, and zeal to assist community members in accomplishing success while achieving milestones through respect, dignity, and a sense of purpose to excel in today’s society. Come join us! Envision will be hosting their 6th annual back to school event. We are giving away free bookbags with school supplies. Our goal for this year is to give out 1,500 for children of all ages. There will be a Live DJ, free snacks, and free ice cream. We will also be providing free eye exams, free medical exams, and the Pfizer & Moderna Vaccine.
