I’ve grown up around construction 15 plus years experience. I’m capable of skilled jobs I have a lic for masonry construction work. I’m hardworking I can do stone,block,concrete,plaster,saw cut, core or drill concrete for anchoring very fast and easy. I can professionally drill and epoxy to anchor into existing concrete surfaces (vehicle lifts) etc. I am very familiar with job plans, inspection and standards I’ve done structural work commercially numerous large buildings throughout central cal Counties. Ive done reinforcing repair to roof structures, I can anchor crooked gates or any loose anchoring into concrete that may have came loose over time. I use commercial grade epoxy for anchoring lasting far longer than the hammer in bolts. All the work I’ve done has been large solid buildings and built to last a lifetime.
