This weekend we will focus on the Ashtanga based movement (vinyasa style system)   -Traditional Sun Salutations A and B w/ Sanskrit counts   -Students will have overview of the full sequence but emphasis will be on postures that are accessible to their body -Lineage and history of the system This is a 25 hour module you can apply towards continuing education or towards a 200 hour certification through Yoga Alliance.
