CDL Driver - Local Opportunity (Jarrell) Residential Route Driver Compensation: Hourly - Depending on experience. Department: Operations 301 County Road 307 Jarrell, Texas 76537 Commercial Job Status: Full Time Reports To: Operations Manager Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday 5AM- 5PM (Schedule varies by route.) Some after hour work required. (45-55 Hours) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Uniforms, Paid Time Off (PTO), Retirement POSITION SUMMARY Residential Route Driver operates commercial heavy-duty trucks and responsible for the safe collection of residential solid waste and/or recycling, commercial waste, construction waste, and industrial waste. Driver is responsible for transporting collected material to an approved facility when the truck reaches legal load capacity. Driver safely maneuvers trucks through residential areas, commercial areas, new developments, high traffic, driveways, alleyways, and road construction. SKILLS & ABILITIES Skills or Abilities: Must be at least 25 years old, Class A or B CDL with air-brake endorsement, Legally eligible to work in the United States.
