Build quality time, fun and free activities. Festival Hours: 12:00-10:00 pm- come join the fun! lots of food, desserts and performances on stage. Food from over 25 different countries, international beer and wine, performances are on city plaza stage. Race time: 2:00 and 4:00 Where to meet: The corner of Davie and Fayetteville St. (close to Sir Walter's Apartment Building) Look for EMPOWER ALL banner - they are organizing the race Winners: 2 per race, $25 cash prizes (by check) Winners announced from the stage and presented with an award.
