Everything is focused on healing and getting in touch with your true Goddess self. It's ran by Cass & Shelby, two best friends who were entering the world of facilitating healing, then saw a need for true connection. So they built safe spaces for women to feel heard and experience real healing modalities. Shelby is a reiki practitioner, life coach and Goddess coach and handles the intuitive side of things while Cass is a trauma informed yoga teacher & energy worker who focuses on somatics and embodiment. Jen Vittorio is a teacher and Sound Bath Practitioner who does Intuitive Energy Work. During a sound bath session she offers space for everyone to tap into their natural state as she creates an arrange of sounds and vibrations to help relax, restore and harmonize the body and mind. Rebecca Serpas is a local astrologist who just started collaborating with ELE for their signature moon circles every month!
