Description

We invite you to a special event of meditation and art. Meditate and paint was created to let you have a moment of appreciation to yourself through meditation and art. We believe in the importance of creating a safe space for our communities by hosting these type of events. Meditate and Paint will start with a Kundalini yoga/meditation, led by River, and then will go into a creative flow paint session, led by Evelyn, for the remaining of the event. Limited spots so please make sure to purchase your tickets before day of event. Tea, water, and snacks will be provided. We hope to see you there!
