It's finally time for the grand opening of our new Fayette Environmental Education Center! Join us Tuesday, September 7, 2021, for the grand opening of our new Fayette Environmental Education Center! We believe that children of all ages should be able to love and experience nature, that's why we created the Fayette Environmental Education Center.The Fayette Environmental Education Center (FEEC) promotes conservation by nurturing children and adults through environmental and agriculture education, land protection and restoration, native wildlife and habitats, and encouraging meaningful interactions with nature.A project of the Southern Conservation Trust, the FEEC, is a place where children, families, and visitors of all ages can connect with the wonders of nature in Georgia. We offer a number of low-cost educational programs for local schools and FEEC will be open to the public for free tours starting two days a week on September 7, 2021.Please make sure to pre-register ahead of time for a time slot to receive a tour and to learn more about our newest facility and what all it has to offer. At this time, masks will be required while inside.
