The Supervisor position supports all Operations efforts for medical facilities. This position is required to demonstrate integrity and sound judgment in performing duties; possess the ability to supervise, train and motivate staff andrecommend appropriate personnel actions.Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English/ Spanish both written and verbal form with all levels within the company and establish and maintain productive and effective, inclusive working relationships amongst diversepopulations including staff, faculty, administration, and other internal and external constituents. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. o Maintains account knowledge and assures that all absent employee routes are covered o Knows all Controller routes and block of business o Assumes responsibility for the quality of work performed by each Controller o Verifies that work is performed according to master schedules and up to quality standards o Advise Manager of any problem and complaints concerning heavy work o Has a complete understanding of the quality standard agreed upon with each customer o Performs all scheduled formal quality control inspections o Any problem discovered during inspections should be take care of immediately, either personally or by having the Controller resolve the matter that evening. o Spot check accounts as directed by Manager o Administers all training programs in accordance with company policies and procedures o Maintains regular positive contact with each employee as determined by your Manager o Assures all employees have the proper supplies and equipment o Makes sure employees are aware of and follow the Company Handbook and the Employee General Policies o Attends the company and/or supervisor meetings o Maintains the quality requirements for medical facilities as defined by management and/or client o Ensures all controllers are following defined procedures in support of medical accounts LANGUAGE SKILLS: o Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedures manuals. o Ability to write reports and correspondence o Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees QUALIFICATIONS: o Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience o High school diploma or general education degree (GED) o Commitment to excellence and high standards o Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English/ Spanish o Proven leadership and business acumen skills o Strong interpersonal skills o Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels o Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills o Proficient on Microsoft Office products o Ability to learn internal quality control, time keeping, and other internal systems usage o Ability to manage priorities and workflow o Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm o Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions o Reliable attendance required o Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace o California driver’s licenses (Real ID) and clean DMVR Apply in Person at 7650 Bell Road, Windsor, CA 95492 Or call Lizeth at 707-849-5577
