We manage close to 300 units and need vendors daily for a large amount of jobs related to getting units ready for rent and unit maintenance including: hauling, handymen, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, floor/carpet installation/cleaning, cleaning services, mailbox installation, window repair/installation.
