PART TIME FILTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, mechanically oriented person to work as a filter service technician. This is a part time job with very flexible hours working 6 to 15 hours a week in the summer season and 4 to 10 hours a week in the winter season. Filter Service technicians are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of our customers’ pool filters. This is a great second job or “extra income” job for self-motivated, responsible persons. To apply for the job, you must be at least 21, have a good driving record, and your own reliable transportation. (We pay mileage expense). You must be available at least 1 day a week for 5 consecutive hours starting between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Experience is preferred but not necessary – we will train the right person – but you must be able to show experience or education that would indicate technical or mechanical aptitude/knowledge. The job is moderately physical and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., as well as bend, kneel, or squat. ALL of the following must be true in order to be considered for this position: • You are 21 or over • You have at least a High school degree • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • You have a good driving record with no DUI • You have proof of citizenship or eligibility for legal employment • You have evidence in your experience or education of mechanical aptitude.
