The San Francisco Yacht Club, located in Belvedere in Marin County, is looking for a full-time Houseperson to join our team. Responsibilities include :
Set-up/break-down of meeting rooms, dining room, deck and dock areas
Repair and maintenance of Clubhouse facilities, deck and dock areas
Some lifting and carrying of equipment and furniture, up to 50 lbs.
Keeping our Clubhouse, dining room, meeting rooms, locker and rest rooms, decks and all other Member areas clean, well-organized and inviting.
Always providing courteous service to Members and guests
Maintaining positive and cooperative work relationships with co-workers and employees from all other departments
Whatever it takes to make our Club the best.
Regular schedule for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 1:30pm-10:00pm; business needs may require changes in schedule occasionally.
The Club is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and most of our activities and events take place on weekends and holidays; our employees are expected to work those days.
Full-time employees are eligible for sick/vacation/holiday pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA.
