Recall?

Does anyone know about this recall? I am mixed on if this is just from bad management or solely politics. We have had family here since 1840 so we feel loyal and love our state. But we have also had our personal lives in upheaval (work, school, travel, finances, health) compared to everyone else we know living in other states. It seems like the people I know in other states just wore masks indoors but otherwise life went on like normal. But in California the COVID numbers are just as bad or worse. I am not a doctor but from what I read there are really good points from both sides of this issue. From what I can tell this is the group backing it???? Any information appreciated. Will you vote no or yes to the recall? If yes who will you vote for? Is Larry Elder or Anthony Trimino good? Thanks for the info!
