FOUND - Small light brown dog

Small (9-14 lbs... I'm horrible at estimating) light brown dog found on Camino Corto in Walnut Creek. I couldn't stop because I had birds in the car, but a man took it in and is posting it on Next Door. Collar is greenish/bluish and it seems hurt as it is limping.
