East Side Property Management Company Looking for Grounds Keeper/ Maintenance Technician The Company At Dominion Properties, we are in the business of providing quality East Side Milwaukee apartments. The Position We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our company. The hours are 7:30a.m.-4:00p.m. Monday-Friday, with rotating on call shifts. We are looking for a dedicated team member with many skills and a willingness to learn! Responsibilities: Picking up/ delivering supplies Walking buildings and tidying grounds Preparing rental units prior to move ins 24 hour turnover between move out and move in Updating and renovating rental units Responding to service requests Qualifications: No experience necessary Requirements: Valid driver’s license Pass background check Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months.
