Reports to: Team Leader Lines of Promotion: Level 2 Cleaning Specialist Qualifications: None Pay Scale: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Responsibilities: • General house cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, family room, dining room, den/office, utility room; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location. • Completing work to standard • Being to work on scheduled days and hours Pay raise Schedule: Month 1: $10.00/hr Month 2: $11.00/hr Month 3: $12.00/hr ***Raises are ONLY guaranteed IF you meet the following expectations:*** *Less than 3 tardies (renews each month) *Less than 3 call offs (renews each month) *Less than 3 complaints (renews each month) (Please note that if Company is not meeting OVERALL budget goals then raises/promotions will be affected) (Mason Maids will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.)
