The Victor Tavern is a brand-new concept from Ethan Stowell Restaurants, specializing in offering elevated pub fare and recognizably comforting dishes in the “shadow” of the Amazon Spheres, prepared from scratch and using locally produced ingredients more than one might expect. Full-time and Part-time positions, AM and PM available Dishwashers at The Victor Tavern will be responsible for a variety of tasks including some cleaning projects in the dining room, and some food prep. This is a learning and growing role as much as it is a working role. The Line Cooks at Victor will be trained to have a working knowledge of all kitchen stations, recipes and other kitchen systems. We are also looking for the right candidates to take a lead role in the kitchen, to assist the chef and sous chef with ordering, cross-training, and planning and organization of specials and events.
