I'm seeking a Cleaner for a high rise apartment community in Everett. Position is part time. Hours are Tuesday & Friday. Start time is 7:30 a.m. Shift can be 2 to 8 hours per day. Flexibility for shifts may be required. I'm hiring two cleaners for this position. COMPENSATION: • Competitive wage of $16+/hour, depending on experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Perform full cleaning of apartments to property/company specifications. • Clean ovens, stovetops, behind appliances and bathrooms • Maintain cleanliness standards for the office, elevator, front entrance, common areas, restrooms and fitness center. • Collect trash and dispose of in dumpster. • Vacuum walk off mats, dust mop & spot mop front lobby, fitness center and restrooms. • Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: • Must be willing to comply with safety practices • Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Knowledge and use of typical cleaning products • Strong customer service skills • Previous experience with commercial cleaning work strongly preferred This position has great growth potential for the right individual.
