USA Cleaning Services, a subsidiary of Security of America, is seeking experienced Cleaning Specialists to fill both full-time and part-time positions within the vicinity of Seattle and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Dust and clean all surface areas and counter surfaces Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of floors throughout office and/or facility Vacuum all carpeted areas Carpet clean, i.e., remove carpet stains and perform other treatments, if necessary Empty all garbage and recycling cans Sanitize and clean all door knobs and light fixtures Clean and sanitize workspaces and desks Wipe and polish furniture, if appropriate Clean sinks and toilets Replace toilet paper and paper towels when needed Ensure safe and sanitary storage of cleaning supplies and products Keep all public spaces neat and tidy Dust furniture, pictures, lights and blinds Clean windows when assigned Report repairs and product replacements to site lead or supervisor Requirements & Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of cleaning experience Must have High School Diploma or GED Must be organized and able to follow instructions and verbal direction Must be physically able to reach, stretch, bend, kneel, and walk and stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift 10-50lbs if required and/or needed Must be flexible which includes adapting to changing schedules and/or routines Must be punctual Must be able to work alone or with a partner/team Must be detail-oriented Must be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays Must be able to work in various temperature settings
