What Gov't employees getting pension bonus?

During the COVID shutdown I believe nearly all government employees including teachers, received FULL PAY. Many did nothing but tend to their private lives. A few participated in video conversations to give the appearance that things were still happening. Fact is MOST AGENCIES were totally shut down. Some have not yet reopened. Still paying employees. Taxes are going up. Unions representing government employees have decided... " People are unable to retire without having a couple million dollars in their retirement accounts". Since government employees have been successful at getting Joe Biden into the top office, they want their payoff. Joe Biden will sign the three+ trillion dollar payoff bill. Is there ANY CHANCE that the American People can demand that the funds be returned? I'm guessing about as much chance as returning DEPOSED President Trump to his rightful office. Thanks, Bill
