Help me remove mold

Hello, I have a small cottage with no insolation. I have mold on the walls in the kitchen, approximately 10x11ft. The mold will come off with a non-toxic solution that my friend is using plus scrubbing. I would just like to make it better (it will come back at the first rain during rainy season.) Landlord says its my problem. Must be vaccinated. I would like estimates and someone available afternoons. Must speak good english. Please tell me about yourself/background Thank you in advance
