Reliable, responsible, active, efficient, skilled, English speaking person with work references wanted for regular home maintenance 2 days per week at home off Mar Vista Drive (near Munras Ave.) in Monterey. You will work Tuesdays 9am-3pm; Wednesdays 7am sharp - 3pm a must; Pay rate is task list based (approximately $16 per hour) to start; pay increase after 90 days if work warrants it up to $20.
