This class is beginner-friendly, but all levels are welcome. Qigong, Breathing, Beginners Meditation, Tai Chi Form, Movement as Meditation. Tai Chi is great for balance, strengthening the legs, improving respiration, and calming anxiety. Join us on September 11, September 18, September 25, October 2, October 9, and October 16!
