A unique, open-air dining experience to support the mission of 412 Food Rescue, featuring a seasonal, organic menu by Farmer x Baker. 412 Food Rescue is honored to partner with Farmer x Baker in support of our collective efforts to address food waste, food insecurity, and environmental sustainability. All FxB dishes, hand crafted botanical beverages, and bakes goods are made from scratch with organic, non-GMO ingredients. Their produce comes from local farms and their pasture raised meats and dairy come from farmers and ranchers who practice sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices. As these are often changing, any important information prior to the event will be communicated to guests. 412 Food Rescue partners with food retailers, nonprofit organizations, and #FoodRescueHeroes to bring healthy food directly to those experiencing food insecurity.  With over 62.5 million tons of food wasted in the United States each year, 412 Food Rescue was founded as a direct response to the disconnect between food waste, hunger, and environmental sustainability.
