Lpm Group builds in the Oak Island Area, New construction from small crawlspace homes to larger piling homes. Currently we are seeking team players to fill the duties of Labor position, Duties include, job site clean up and organization of materials on job sites, sweeping and vacuuming of homes. Pay starts at 18.00 hour Finish out Carpenters Duties include, blocking of homes for towel bars, crown molding,build stairways in garages, shoe mold, finish out of interior trim, cabinet install Pay starts 22.00 per hour To join our team, you must: Be over 18 and able to work legally in the U.S.A Have a strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of personal accountability Be able to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Present yourself with a professional appearance and demeanor Have a willingness to work hard all day, every day Possess a clean background Possess necessary hand tools required for the role Be able to reliably get to and from the job site daily Lpm Group is proud to offer: Hourly pay Bonus schedule Paid vacation Valuable on-the-job training Long-term opportunity for career growth and professional development
