Description
Work as little as 5-10 hours a week! Or as many as you would like
We provide Handyman services for over 1,000s of rental properties across the Front Range.
This concept all started when my Dad retired and was complaining about how Golf Green Fee's kept going up! I owned a construction company and asked around for how he could make extra money without having to commit to a set full or part time schedule and with the flexibility that most anyone would love to have. Turns out there is a very high demand for Handyman services but the pay isn't very reasonable for many of the services that are needed for a full time handyman. However, there are a ton of work orders that are super easy that do match up with the $18 pay scale. Simple paint jobs, caulk a kitchen sink, replace a garbage disposal and the easy list goes on and on.
We are not sending part time guys out to do difficult work, I have $40 an hour guys for that, but I need guys who are handy enough to go do simple stuff that you have probably done in your own home.
I would rather have 4 guys billing 10 hours a week than one guy who wants to be working 40. Why? Because we need the flexibility too for when the work orders ebb and flow.
Most Work Orders are 2 Billable hours - Drive out to the house, check to see what kind of light bulb need to be replaced, head over to Home Depot and pick them up, go back and install them.
The minimum Work Order Bills for 1 hour, even if it only takes 10 minutes. A trip to the hardware store bills a minimum of 1 hour, even if it only takes 30 minutes. And thats the typical easy work order!
