STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On August 9, Katelyn Foran, of Stratford, purchased a $100,000 Cashword 11 ticket from Aashirwad Petroleum in Stratford and won $10,000.
