Critical missing 77 year-old Linwood Carrier, 5'7, 200lbs, wearing a red and black checkered shirt, blue jeans, black shoes. He was seen driving a blue 2011 Ford F150 pick-up truck with Maryland registration 2AK4952. Carrier was last seen on August 11, 2021 at 12:45 a.m. in Dundalk Maryland.
