ROUND ROCK, TX—The community is invited to a virtual experience to help you unlock the benefits of the Joy of Breathing and awaken of conscious connection with body, mind, heart and spirit. The free online class will be presented via Zoom and will offer insight on breathing techniques that work quickly and effectively allowing you to access a deeper, more conscious connection and 30 minute classes held every Wednesday.
Join the class from the comfort of your home on Wednesday, Aug. 11 from 12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. (multiple dates offered) to enjoy transformation breath work to learn to access deep meditative states of consciousness and influence your well-being from an expanded self-awareness.
