SWISSVALE, PA — A man has been arrested in connection with a fire that damaged a popular Pittsburgh-area bar and restaurant early Sunday. Wheeling police arrested Joseph Pepp, WTRF-TV in Wheeling reported. Pepp, whose age was unavailable, was charged with multiple counts of aggravated arson following the fire at D's Six Pax & Dogz on South Braddock Avenue in the Swissvale section of Regent Square.
